How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your shipment in real-time through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What are the available payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
How long does delivery usually take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. For metro cities, we often provide expedited shipping options that deliver within 24-48 hours.
Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value. For orders below that threshold or for COD orders, a nominal shipping fee may apply at checkout.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order directly from the dashboard before it has been processed for shipping. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted, but you may refuse the package at the doorstep.
