At Zop by Shiprocket, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our hassle-free return policy allows you to request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your Zop account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to start the process.
- 2.Quality Check
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact for a successful inspection by our logistics team.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, a Shiprocket courier partner will be assigned to collect the package from your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
- 4.Receive Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality audit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
